Can I supply my own clothing to be printed or embroidered?

 

No, this is not a service we offer.

 

How do I obtain samples?

You can either order blank samples from our webstore by following our ‘Sample Policy’ or by ordering the printed/embroidered product from our webstore using our online designer to create your desired custom item(s)

How long will my order take?

Normally, our lead-times are 5-7 working days plus delivery for all custom printed/embroidered orders. 

Currently Covid has extended this to 7-10 working days.

Single item orders, bulk orders and mixed decoration orders will take longer to process.

All our pre-printed safety vests are dispatched the same day if ordered before 2pm and Express Post is paid for.

If you require an order by a specific date, please contact our sales team to ensure we can meet your needs.

 

How do your size charts work?

Most of our size charts are Half Chest in centimeters. To ensure you select the right size, take an existing item and lay it flat, measure the widest point (just under the arms) and then compare to our size chart.

 

How do I obtain a quotation?

Simply email your artwork and the item codes from our webstore with colour/size/quantity breakdowns to our sales team and we’ll do the rest. Our comprehensive online system will provide you with an artwork visual proof and a price breakdown based on your needs.

Can I order over the phone?

We do not currently offer this service.
